	South-South Cooperation ความหมาย คือ ความร่วมมือใต้-ใต้ หรือ ความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศกำลังพัฒนา " เป็นความร่วมมือทางเศรษฐกิจและวิชาการที่ประเทศกำลังพัฒนา/ ด้อยพัฒนา ให้ความช่วยเหลือซึ่งกันและกันภายหลังจากที่ความ ช่วยเหลือทางเศรษฐกิจและวิชาการที่ประเทศที่พัฒนาแล้วได้ให้แก่ประเทศกำลัง พัฒนา/ด้อยพัฒนามีแนวโน้มลดลงและมีการนำเงื่อนไขอื่น ๆ มาผูกกับการให้ความช่วยเหลือมากขึ้น อาทิ ประเด็นสิ่งแวดล้อม โดยความร่วมมือทางเศรษฐกิจและวิชาการระหว่างประเทศกำลังพัฒนา/ด้อยพัฒนานี้ จะเป็นทั้งในลักษณะของการให้ (อาทิ ทุนการศึกษา/ทุนฝึกอบรม/ทุนดูงาน/ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ/วัสดุอุปกรณ์) ของประเทศใดประเทศหนึ่งแต่ฝ่ายเดียว อาทิ การให้ความร่วมมือด้านทุนฝึกอบรมระยะสั้นในสาขาการเกษตรของไทยแก่ประเทศใน แอฟริกา และในลักษณะของการแลกเปลี่ยนความร่วมมือระหว่างกัน "
